What are the best aspects of this product?
I like how my CRM tool lets me send out and take in payment, and sending and setting up appointments. Its Business Insights section gives me an idea on the current relationship I have with every client. An attractive tool that makes everything convenient.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I'd like to have more filter options in my own Business Intelligence widget. For instance, it'd be nice to have a fair idea as to how much I've been making from certain services within the one-month window year over year. It'd be nice to have a filter for the leads I was able to meet via ads versus that of referrals.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
vCita has offered me a ton of benefits. I like how it's capable of replacing several vendors. I'm saving myself both money and time. The tool is capable of holding on to my contacts, know which areas I can start invoicing them, setting up appointments, tracking our current conversations, and sending out files via the tool itself.
