PROS: The tool's settings happen to be straightforward. I've been using a bunch of programs back then and I found them too technical for my taste. They were also difficult to navigate. But this tool has been nothing but a good experience. I love how you get to tag clients.

CONS: I was hoping there was some sort of functionality in getting group events to constantly repeat. I also found it hard to sync the scheduled leads within our admin calendary. We appreciate that there are texts but such feature can be found in other tools at a more affordable pricing.

PROS: Configuring vCita is an easy process, which cannot be said for the other apps that I have used in the past. It is also a huge help that I can tag clients in the solution, which allows me to export lists to other platforms effortlessly. Apart from those things, I like that vCita has integrated SMS messaging because it can be quite difficult to connect a third-party text messaging platform.

CONS: I wish that vCita has a recurring events feature. It would also be advantageous if we can synchronize our leads with our main calendar. Though we are enjoying the integrated SMS functionality, we wish that it is more cost-effective than it currently is.

PROS: The best part of vCita is its Gmail integration and email alerts. It lets me know a day and an hour before my appointments so that I do not miss them. It is also helpful that it permits me to take notes, tag applicants, and get in touch with talents via the platform. These are all complemented by a user-friendly interface that enables the smooth reassignment of conversations when needed.

CONS: vCita's mobile app has limited features so I have to do most of my task's on the website. I have also experienced slow response from the app when I navigate between different tabs, which is very much different from the ease that the website offers. I could only be biased against the app because I am too comfortable with the website but I feel that vCita could still improve their mobile app.

PROS: This software eliminates the worries related to time zones and the availability of my clients. I just book everything in our local time zone and the software automatically adjusts the schedule of the appointments according to the client’s time zone. The invoicing tool is also worth praise. Generally, this software has made scheduling and my job way easier to manage.

CONS: There’s no way to permanently sort or list clients alphabetically by their surname. Whenever I tried to make a list alphabetically by their last name, it always goes back to its default state which is first-name order.

PROS: I am happy to share my experience using this platform. So far, everything is amazing. I love the ease of scheduling as well as the ability to add a procedure in Zapier to ensure that leads or new clients will be captured into the email autoresponder. The automated messages, as well as the customer portal, are also a great help. On top of that, the software is constantly updated and with every update comes new tools.

CONS: I just love this product. There’s nothing to dislike so far. In case I see something not that pleasant, I’ll be back to share it.

PROS: It's very simple running a small business with clients, making payments, doing client follow-ups, and sending/receiving messages. You get to make inscriptions, do a quick view the situation, and making plans. Interacting with clients is seamless. Adding and sending documents can be done with ease.

CONS: From time to time, I do things in French. Unfortunately, there aren't any translations available for me to work with. I wish this tool would give me an option to that. I'm hoping they'll come up with multi-language support to make things easier for those who want to dab things into another language.

PROS: I like how my CRM tool lets me send out and take in payment, and sending and setting up appointments. Its Business Insights section gives me an idea on the current relationship I have with every client. An attractive tool that makes everything convenient.

CONS: I'd like to have more filter options in my own Business Intelligence widget. For instance, it'd be nice to have a fair idea as to how much I've been making from certain services within the one-month window year over year. It'd be nice to have a filter for the leads I was able to meet via ads versus that of referrals.

PROS: vCita has armed us with a vast variety of tools that eases our scheduling and invoicing processes. This makes it a wonderful option for startups who are looking to increase their productivity without breaking the bank.

CONS: The pricing tiers are costly and the solution becomes steep when you need more features. Aside from that, vCita should also look into fixing their time zone configuration because it does not adjust at times. This has caused difficulties for us in setting online meetings with people in other time zones.

PROS: I love the fact that I get to know what stuff people are looking for way before they can set up a free appointment with me. I love how easy it is for any user or visitor to reach out to me. Keeping in touch with me has never been this easy!

CONS: The one downer what I don't favour is paying for the service they're offering. I was hoping it would be free. But right now, that's not the case. Maybe the folks over at vCita can do something about it in the later going. I still wish their service is free though.

PROS: It can automatically make appointment adjustments based on the time zones of my clients. I'm no longer pressured to think critically of my client's time whenever I do appointments. I'm booking everything according to my own time zone. I leave everything else to vCita.

CONS: So far, I've yet to discover an approach in getting the tool to list my clients by alphabetical order in terms of their last name (rather than their first name). I'm struggling to this by default. I was able to that temporarily. In the end though, it gets reverted back to the typical front-name list each time I go back to that tool's section.

PROS: The pop-up widget can easily be customized to ensure client engagement potential. I initially made use of this tool to get visitors to have a free 10-minute meet with me. Right off the bat, I saw a surge of numbers for both my patients/clients after getting the widget installed.

CONS: At this point, there's no functionality available for curbing people from cancelling their appointment without incurring a penalty. Although the policy specifically indicated a no-cancellation option within the 48-hour period. I feel a warning notification should be made for anyone who intends to cancel their appointment in that time period and charge a fee for cancelling their appointment.

PROS: I love how their customer service works. Waiting time is very minimal, which is a good thing. I like their online chat help. The features they have are good. I can simply make a link to add to my blogs, programs, sites, and etc. Its editing functionality is simple to utilize whenever I'm in need of making changes.

CONS: I don't like being bugged about going for an upgrade. It's been happening a lot thanks to this tool's intrusive advertising notification. I'm still not ready to make the upgrade at this time. I wish I could limit this somehow or at least disable the notification. Unfortunately, I can't.

PROS: It's simple for me to use. My clients get to schedule the time with me. I love how I can include a process within Zapier to ensure I can capture new clients within my email auto responder. I favor the auto messages that I can send along with my follow-up messages.

CONS: So far, I've yet to see anything that I find negative. From my standpoin, the product is awesome. It keeps the innovation by including new tools that'll align to using a great software like Vcita. As I push through with using the product, I'll be here to take notes of anything that I don't like and offer feedback.

PROS: It's simple to utilize. Very clear in terms of use. Simple to navigate. It can keep track of payments and allows note taking of clients. A widget is available and can be placed on the site to let your clients directly set an appointment with you.

CONS: Unfortunately, this tool doesn't come for free. You'll have to pay for it if you intend to completely benefit from all of its offerings. At the same time, you'll need to subscribe to a monthly plan if you intend to continue using it. It's one significant drawback that you'll need to put with.

PROS: Making use of vCita in improving the way I can get users to set up appointments using any social platform or my own site. I can do email campaigns and getting users to register and take part in my webinars/events/seminars in one place at the highest possible quality.

CONS: vCita badly needs to have improved integration with other tools utilized by smaller businesses. It's a good thing to know they have a Facebook page so everyone can hear what they're planning say, their intentions for more features, and improving integrations to cater to user needs.
