What are the best aspects of this product?
Configuring vCita is an easy process, which cannot be said for the other apps that I have used in the past. It is also a huge help that I can tag clients in the solution, which allows me to export lists to other platforms effortlessly. Apart from those things, I like that vCita has integrated SMS messaging because it can be quite difficult to connect a third-party text messaging platform.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish that vCita has a recurring events feature. It would also be advantageous if we can synchronize our leads with our main calendar. Though we are enjoying the integrated SMS functionality, we wish that it is more cost-effective than it currently is.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
vCita has let us keep ourselves organized--one look at the calendar lets us know what we have to deal with next. And since we have a large volume of clients, this has been beneficial for us.
