PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best part of vCita is its Gmail integration and email alerts. It lets me know a day and an hour before my appointments so that I do not miss them. It is also helpful that it permits me to take notes, tag applicants, and get in touch with talents via the platform. These are all complemented by a user-friendly interface that enables the smooth reassignment of conversations when needed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

vCita's mobile app has limited features so I have to do most of my task's on the website. I have also experienced slow response from the app when I navigate between different tabs, which is very much different from the ease that the website offers. I could only be biased against the app because I am too comfortable with the website but I feel that vCita could still improve their mobile app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our recruitment process has become streamlined since we started using vCita. I can get talents to send their applications via the solution even though I find them using different platforms. This has created a synergy between our candidate finding process and our appointment scheduling, interview process, and follow-ups.
