What are the best aspects of this product?
It's simple for me to use. My clients get to schedule the time with me. I love how I can include a process within Zapier to ensure I can capture new clients within my email auto responder. I favor the auto messages that I can send along with my follow-up messages.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
So far, I've yet to see anything that I find negative. From my standpoin, the product is awesome. It keeps the innovation by including new tools that'll align to using a great software like Vcita. As I push through with using the product, I'll be here to take notes of anything that I don't like and offer feedback.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I'm no longer trying to play catch up with my clients through paper. I can easily send out links and get each client to set up an appointment with me at their own convenience. It'll save me lots in keeping up with my calendar for the day. I get to label every client and segmenting clients to sending out varying campaigns.
