What are the best aspects of this product?
I love the fact that I get to know what stuff people are looking for way before they can set up a free appointment with me. I love how easy it is for any user or visitor to reach out to me. Keeping in touch with me has never been this easy!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The one downer what I don't favour is paying for the service they're offering. I was hoping it would be free. But right now, that's not the case. Maybe the folks over at vCita can do something about it in the later going. I still wish their service is free though.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I'm liking my incoming consult flows. I also like the fact that the folks from service are more than capable of looking after me before I'm taking in any calls. This tool has made it so much easier for from the get go. Appointment scheduling has never been this convenient.
