What are the best aspects of this product?
The tool's settings happen to be straightforward. I've been using a bunch of programs back then and I found them too technical for my taste. They were also difficult to navigate. But this tool has been nothing but a good experience. I love how you get to tag clients.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I was hoping there was some sort of functionality in getting group events to constantly repeat. I also found it hard to sync the scheduled leads within our admin calendary. We appreciate that there are texts but such feature can be found in other tools at a more affordable pricing.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It's all about keeping things organized with the tool's service functionality. These days, all we need to do is look into our calendar to get to know the initial purpose of the session. With a ton of clients, this tool made things so much simpler for us. And this is a good thing for us for the long term.
