What are the best aspects of this product?

I am happy to share my experience using this platform. So far, everything is amazing. I love the ease of scheduling as well as the ability to add a procedure in Zapier to ensure that leads or new clients will be captured into the email autoresponder. The automated messages, as well as the customer portal, are also a great help. On top of that, the software is constantly updated and with every update comes new tools.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I just love this product. There’s nothing to dislike so far. In case I see something not that pleasant, I’ll be back to share it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I love the amount of time I am able to save when using this platform to create and manage my schedule. No need to constantly communicate with the clients just to know when the best time is for them to meet me. Carrying out targeted campaigns has also become easier, thanks to the ability to label clients. It’s much effective than sending campaign materials via Facebook or email.
