What are the best aspects of this product?
Making use of vCita in improving the way I can get users to set up appointments using any social platform or my own site. I can do email campaigns and getting users to register and take part in my webinars/events/seminars in one place at the highest possible quality.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
vCita badly needs to have improved integration with other tools utilized by smaller businesses. It's a good thing to know they have a Facebook page so everyone can hear what they're planning say, their intentions for more features, and improving integrations to cater to user needs.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Having the ability to follow-up with customers and prospects by scheduling a meeting, undergoing training, or on-boarding a new app with me. Another plus is that I get to receive payments for the support/training I give them online. It saved me a lot of time which gives me more room to reach out to new customers to help expand my business.
