What are the best aspects of this product?

The pop-up widget can easily be customized to ensure client engagement potential. I initially made use of this tool to get visitors to have a free 10-minute meet with me. Right off the bat, I saw a surge of numbers for both my patients/clients after getting the widget installed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At this point, there's no functionality available for curbing people from cancelling their appointment without incurring a penalty. Although the policy specifically indicated a no-cancellation option within the 48-hour period. I feel a warning notification should be made for anyone who intends to cancel their appointment in that time period and charge a fee for cancelling their appointment.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

At this point, I have no issues with my business since this tool did everything it could to address the needs it specifically intends to resolve. I benefitted significantly thanks to this awesome software. The biggest upside that I can say since using this its ability to engage with clients as weel as generating leads.
