What are the best aspects of this product?

It's very simple running a small business with clients, making payments, doing client follow-ups, and sending/receiving messages. You get to make inscriptions, do a quick view the situation, and making plans. Interacting with clients is seamless. Adding and sending documents can be done with ease.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

From time to time, I do things in French. Unfortunately, there aren't any translations available for me to work with. I wish this tool would give me an option to that. I'm hoping they'll come up with multi-language support to make things easier for those who want to dab things into another language.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The simple aspect of following up on clients who are taking part in the training with me. Planification has made things simpler and ensures improved visiblity. I've saved a lot of time carrying out and doing follow-ups on my business. I get to deploy practical solutions for problems that I encounter daily.
