Great to use when generating leads

What are the best aspects of this product?

I've found that this software has been a great help with regards to our franchise since it provides a number of new leads. We were also able to acquire this tool at a price that fits our budget as well. Of course, more leads mean more opportunities for us to expand our business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The current version of this software doesn't have the best online reporting feature. Working on the limitations of that feature will definitely make it a better tool for me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool is great especially when it works in conjunction with web and telephone aspects of a business. With it, we've been able to have a new source of leads, which is important for a business like ours.
