What are the best aspects of this product?
I have some tech background so setting it up is easy. But what I like about the app is it's also easy for my staff who have little coding experience. They don't have to rely on me, often, I just ask them to connect to the vendor for tech questions. Whether it's an on-premise issue or cloud features, Velaro is easy to implement.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They should sync multiple but similar accounts. I have one for on-premise and another for cloud. It'd be great to have both acting in unison so I can optimize both.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We did struggle with providing quick support before via email. Having a chat on our site speeds up things and makes our customers happier. We actually tried some low-cost desktop apps, but we felt vulnerable when there's a glitch. What I like about Velaro is that we can always run to their tech team.
