What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that I can easily keep track of leads and detailed info of the lead. It allows me to call leads through this software. I also like that I can sync the software with my mobile phone.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It seems like there is a gap with dialing and I feel like I can never win the competition no matter the speed of answering the phone. Also, because there are too many questions I cannot take an app via Velocify. Furthermore, it would be great if they could separate Purchase and Refi templates.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps me to track my leads, and to keep in touch with those who I haven’t talked in a while. It provides me with detailed view of all the conversations with my clients.
