Pros: Velocify offers me with ability to send out SMS and emails, I can even send bulk SMS. I like that I can customize this program so it can meet all our needs.
Cons: When hitting back button I cannot go back to the previous page and I cannot easily set up a bulk text, it’s not user friendly and it requires some effort. In addition, I don’t really see the necessity of map and timeline within the account, all I want is to navigate through the calls smoothly and with this new version this is not possible.

Pros: I like that I can easily keep track of leads and detailed info of the lead. It allows me to call leads through this software. I also like that I can sync the software with my mobile phone.
Cons: It seems like there is a gap with dialing and I feel like I can never win the competition no matter the speed of answering the phone. Also, because there are too many questions I cannot take an app via Velocify. Furthermore, it would be great if they could separate Purchase and Refi templates.
