What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the ability of dialing out the system in less time. It allows me to keep track of leads and to search through the system via mobile so I can verify the calls. The reporting of the loans is extremely helpful feature. I like that I can see counselors’ pipelines, and this is great option for me and my managers.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don’t have dislikes about this tool.

No misdials when we dial a borrower, we are able to contact them timely. It makes our work simpler and fun.
