PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Velocify offers me with ability to send out SMS and emails, I can even send bulk SMS. I like that I can customize this program so it can meet all our needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When hitting back button I cannot go back to the previous page and I cannot easily set up a bulk text, it’s not user friendly and it requires some effort. In addition, I don’t really see the necessity of map and timeline within the account, all I want is to navigate through the calls smoothly and with this new version this is not possible.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Today, everything is about technology. Everyone will respond quickly to a text or email instead to a phone call or voicemail, so this tool helps our Admissions to reach students out quickly and to increase enrollments by using various communication options that this program offers.
