What are the best aspects of this product?
Velocify is easy to use and you can easily learn how to use it on a daily basis. It’s not complicated at all. It allows me to keep track of all my activities even on monthly basis and campaign basis. I like that I can use the Dial-IQ so I can make quick responses to our leads.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I’m not sure whether this is my issue or product’s issue, but I think that this tool lack in-depth reports. Whenever I want to see detailed activities for specific time frame some things won’t come up. Also, the call log is not as intuitive when I try to look through and to determine the number of calls I have made on actual day. I’d like to see the number of calls within the reports and the number of contacts made or an ability to select items that we want to see within the report.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
One of the greatest benefit we have experienced from this product are the quick responses to our leads.
