What are the best aspects of this product?

We are able to perform tasks like generate reports right insight the Microsoft Excel. Our end users have already been using Excel so using the solution has somewhat become a no brainer. They love it. Training our internal users to make and keep templates as well as reports using the software was pretty easy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Administering workflows and writing complex reports are tricky and difficult but not impossible to learn.

This solution has solved the problem related to excel linking during budget time. In addition, it has helped us bring on new acquisitions and collect results for reporting quickly.
