PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Absolutely none. That was my biggest mistake. The system is absolutely terrible purchase T-Mobile Sync UP

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The system is out dated by approx 10 years, the contract Verizon put me on is a 36 month contract. I have it installed on 5 of my company vehicles as a test. After 9 days I wanted to cancel, due to the terrible app and out dated system. I moved from the T-Mobile system and 100% regret it.
The T-Mobile app is easy to use and gives me more information at the easy of my finger tips. The only way I can cancel is to pay $5400 cancellation fee after only having the system after 9 days of a totally inferior product to T-Mobile.
It took them over 90 days to install the product. I bought 6 devices, they only installed 5, Whenever you call directly NO ONE returns your call.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IT SUCKS!

A better APP and no catch the buyer contracts

None-T-Mobile Sync Up is a much better product and 200% easier to use
