Verizon Connect Review

PROS: It is very fast and gives us real-time updates.

CONS: I can't really think of anything to dislike. It's a very good system.

PROS: I can see my employee's location when they're on the road. The reports are also useful in measuring the driver's safety.

CONS: You have to request your data as it disappears after a few years.

PROS: We can now let our customers know the location of our tech and give them estimates on how long it takes to get there.

CONS: We can't see the location of our trucks when there's a bad service. However, once they get to a good service location it automatically updates.

PROS: Verizon Connect helped us in tracking our assets. It makes sure that everything is being maintained and helps om payroll. It also offers a lot of reports, which we can utilize in our business.

CONS: Nothing to dislike as it works well for all our needs. It also gives us the reports we need to use to make improvements in our work processes.

PROS: It gives us excellent tracking.

CONS: The ELD needs improvement as sometimes even if the driver is off duty, it leaves it on the driving line.

PROS: We can get real-time updates on our fleet. We can also use it to communicate with our drivers when they encounter any issue.

CONS: Compared to the previous app I've used, Verizon Connect is the best. I have no complaints.

PROS: It gives updates on time, making it easier to work.

CONS: It is a bit costly and the contract is not detailed.

PROS: It accurately tracks the location of our drivers and trucks.

CONS: We sometimes lose track of our drivers because of the signal. Some bugs needed fixing. Nevertheless, we think that it's still a good and reliable product.

PROS: It has an excellent app where we can track our drivers, making it easier to answer the inquiries of our clients.

CONS: It is hard to maintain the e-log edits as drivers tend to forget to logout when they're off duty.

PROS: It helps in our scheduling and tracking. The dashcam is also a great addition.

CONS: We have no complaints about this product.

PROS: It's a well-built website and ensures the safety of our vehicles.

CONS: It lags at times The route tracking system also needed some improvement because there are times when I find it hard to track.

PROS: Absolutely none. That was my biggest mistake. The system is absolutely terrible purchase T-Mobile Sync UP

CONS: The system is out dated by approx 10 years, the contract Verizon put me on is a 36 month contract. I have it installed on 5 of my company vehicles as a test. After 9 days I wanted to cancel, due to the terrible app and out dated system. I moved from the T-Mobile system and 100% regret it. The T-Mobile app is easy to use and gives me more information at the easy of my finger tips. The only way I can cancel is to pay $5400 cancellation fee after only having the system after 9 days of a totally inferior product to T-Mobile. It took them over 90 days to install the product. I bought 6 devices, they only installed 5, Whenever you call directly NO ONE returns your call. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IT SUCKS!

PROS: It can show you where vehicles are and if they are on or off.

CONS: Their Customer Service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Honestly I wouldn\'t use them if my life depended on it. Verizon Connect, does not care about its customers or even know what they need. I live on an island and when I brought up pricing discrepancy explaining why im switching to a cheaper company that provided better service, I received an email with 30 questions that I needed to ask the company I was switching to. One of them was does the company track intra state vehicles. I responded with I live on an island in Hawaii with no bridges and there no such thing. I was ignored by customer service and not even recognized they knew nothing about me. As a small business they did nothing to help me grow and honestly costed me a lot of money. But I was told \" I wont find the kind of service Verizon offers\" honestly if your a fleet or care about your company dont use them just because there a big name doesn\'t mean they will look out for your small business.

PROS: The introduction was great! The sales people are right on point! But they don’t let you test the service yourself until you sign an agreement.

CONS: The system is slow, it glitches and we’ve lost information we had worked on for a while! The training SUCKS. And they give you a number to call. The account managers pretty much DONT GIVE A ... about the clients.
