The introduction was great! The sales people are right on point!
But they don’t let you test the service yourself until you sign an agreement.

The system is slow, it glitches and we’ve lost information we had worked on for a while!
The training SUCKS. And they give you a number to call.
The account managers pretty much DONT GIVE A ... about the clients.
