What are the best aspects of this product?
We've been using Versature for quite a while, but they went over the top when the pandemic hit our business. Their customer support team is incredible. They helped us deactivate some of the lines that we will no longer use and offered a discount to help us financially recover from the pandemic's effects.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I hope they would soon eliminate the long-distance fees when calling within the country.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It made our work convenient because it's accessible through our phones. It also allows me to see the backend, making it easier for me to monitor communications and troubleshoot issues.
