What are the best aspects of this product?

Vision helpdesk is User friendly, Feature rich with excellent support team. Live chat tool is also amazing. All features we required are covered in Vision helpdesk.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some enhancements in report module will be good for us. Rest all features are perfect.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

With future releases we need some enhancements with billing module.
