What are the best aspects of this product?
The level of support by the entire Vision team is something they can be pleased with. Nothing is by all accounts an excess of trouble for them, and they are willing to go to this extent, something that is often lost in this industry.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Would be good to see a less demanding approach to incorporate into WHMCS, however I know this is something they are taking a shot at, so really excited for this.

Precisely what the item does - Multi site support desk - taking care of a couple of customers and having a simple approach to offer support for them in a simple to utilize, minimal effort way was key in picking Vision Help Desk.
