What are the best aspects of this product?

ITIL features are very user friendly we also have options like Problem, Change,
Release, Asset management as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing quite serious to worry about, I would recommend more enhancement for theme modification options for the portal

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to see wattsapp integration
