Both, the product is also good and the service is also satisfying,

First, we thought that there are a number of features, but while using it we found out all are useful.

Enhanced billing module for our company

Features like knowledge base articles, and macros, for end users and staff members. Now my end users do not submit tickets for frequently ask question.
