Lots of useful features, but there is room for improvement

What are the best aspects of this product?

VWO offers loads of useful features at a much more affordable cost compared to competitor products which we have also used. The features provide plenty of value to us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The AB testing part could be improved to clarify the data that is being reported back. This feature is handled well by apps like Optimizely. It is also hard to set up the tests with a buggy editor. Plus, the user interface hangs up sometimes. Despite the glitches, I think VWO is a good solution that we use for testing on multiple clients.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

VWO helps us prove the usefulness of our UX team on our customer accounts. It allows us to watch user sessions which helps to prove the issues we raise with customers. We can also set up tests to gauge the impact of our UX changes on users’ sessions.
