I like that the interface is simple and easy to use. The vendor keeps adding new features constantly, but has ensured the price stays the same. There is no other app that offers such excellent features at such an affordable price.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes, the sophisticated features do not work well. For example, the heat maps don’t overlay properly sometimes. But to be fair, overall, it is a reliable software.
