PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This is a lead managment software with an online dialer, which enables to call clients in different states and countries.
The software is very easy to use and cost efficient. To make a call our agents just need to click on an icon at the client card or to enter a number in a manual dialer.
The connection quality is excellent and all calls can be recorded.
A dialer comes in a package with the system for lead management which is convenient and helps to organize customer database.
As Voiptime is an online solution, it is more flexible and accessible than desktop versions.
To make calls you are charged a monthly fee (20USD) for using the Voiptime system + per minute tarrif of online number provider. It is much cheaper than other international dialing options we have been looking at.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

SIP number is not provided by the system, you need to get it from a different provider. Ask for support if you experience any problems, they are usually very quick with answers.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

SIP number available for purchase in the system, more detailed reports.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were looking for a software to manage our client information and to call them. This software made our operations more organized and effective, we don't miss any sales opportunities and contact our clients in the right time.
