PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the reasons why I enjoy working is due to using Volusion; they have excellent technical support staff. I am not savvy when it comes to all of these technical and programming staff, and they are always accommodating and patient whenever we need extra help or assistance.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Tech support is very much okay, but the downside is that Volusion made some recent changes in terms of support coverage depending on plan rates. For lower plan rates, they only offer e-mail or chat support, which does not apply to urgent issues. I'm sad that phone support is only provided for premier plans amounting to $299 per month. As much as I would like to subscribe to that particular plan, I find it expensive and unaffordable. As of the moment, we do not have any choice but to ask for help from chat representatives, which is time-consuming.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am using Volusion not just for website creation but also to add some features to improve the overall look of my website. My main goal is to impress my clients at the moment they enter my site. The more time they spend browsing, there is a bigger chance that they will end up buying something. I see the positive impact of Volusion through my sales figures.
