PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Vonage was really easy to set up. Now, as a regular user, the impression remains--Vonage is a very easy software to work with. I love how they give us the option to send text messages instead of having to call all the time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’d like to believe that I have a pretty decent internet connection. However, there are times when my calls with Vonage would either be dropped mid-conversation, or I would hear static noises on the line. I’m not quite sure if the problem is from my end or theirs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve been able to communicate with our clients more easily. This is especially true with the text messaging option. Now, we can close sales and our processes in communication are much more streamlined.
