What are the best aspects of this product?
Vonage removes all of the complications of other solutions in its ranks. The result: a straightforward tool that anticipates the needs of its users. I really love its layout and environment. The font properties are really easy on the eyes and you’d be hard-pressed to misunderstand the instructions because of how clear they are. You can access it anywhere too! On the web, through its app, etc--you name it. It’s a really great tool to have on your corner.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes a straightforward tool is just what you need. Other times, there is a call for something much more. Take Vonage for example. Now that they have developed their initial product model to a T, I think that it is high time that they expand its capabilities now.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Arranging calls, keeping a solid list of contacts, conducting walkthroughs on the phone--these are just some of Vonage’s benefits. Overall, they have really helped us streamline our communications within and outside the company.
