What are the best aspects of this product?

This is just the kind of simple and uncomplicated tool that I need. It doesn’t have flashy features that can wow you, but it’s very reliable--and at the end of the day, this is what matters. I’ve been using Vonage for years now, and I still see myself relying on this tool for the years to come.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I use Vonage to make calls--that’s it. I do know that I am not fully utilizing some of its other features, but that is just how it is. I haven’t encountered any issues so far.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use Vonage to contact my coworkers on their work stations. I also conduct video calls using this tool as well as setting up call appointments through it.
