What are the best aspects of this product?
First of all, I love how I have the option to take my calls on the desktop or on my phone. Another thing I love about this tool is that this has integrated quite seamlessly into my work processes. I’ve been able to store data into the program because of how reliable it is too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I can’t pinpoint this as a problem of the program itself or if it is our internet connection. However, I want to note here that we’ve been intermittently dropping calls. Also, each day’s call schedule can’t be unique. It has to be the same throughout the whole week.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Vonage is just the right fit for our business. So far we’ve been able to carry out quality calls to our clients, thanks to it. I really love how straightforward and uncomplicated this tool is.
