What are the best aspects of this product?

We use Vonage Business in my company and so far, I’ve been really enjoying the perks of this tool. I can easily receive and make calls through it. It is a very straightforward communication tech. There are no audible noises that you would typically hear when using other apps too. Everything is smooth, and the features all run without hitches. I also love how it doesn’t just limit me to calls too. I can also send out messages here.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’ve been really loving the many uses of this program. However, it does have its moments where calls get intermittently disturbed by static noises. The app isn’t the best, so I prefer using the desktop version.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve tried different software in the past. So far, we have determined Vonage to be the best fit for our company. We’ve been able to conduct calls more smoothly now. The quality has noticeably improved in our voice calls as well as in video calls. And the best part? We can access this tool anywhere so it’s really convenient.
