What are the best aspects of this product?
Its functionality allows for the creation of modules from ground up. With some understanding and assistance from support, I can just about anything I want with my business. At the same time, I get to expand my knowledge. This worked perfectly for my company that's currently a combination of sales and service.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I feel the software does a great job in most aspects. A majority of the needs are resolved through the use of ad-ons. Most of the things that I hate this year when dealing with CRM is having little knowledge. But once you're familiar with the system it's simpler to know which ones would need your needs.

We're using this CRM in tracking sales leads, existing customers, and calls. This lessened the workload of my staff. It's able to do by accomplishing a number of tasks through e-mail that system-tracked. It gave us statistics on received calls as well as SLA when the task is finished.
