It's a bit complicated. But at the same time it has its simplicity and direct-to-the-point scheme. I love its integrations that makes everything go smooth. Support is willing to go above and beyond to help you out. Documentation is usually complete.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The design could use some improvement. It needs to have that modern touch. So far, things are looking great.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I was able to resolve several issues seen in my business. Whether it's inventory to leads/opportunities to vendor management, it answered all of these things. I'm also making use of it for quotes and sales order. What's more, it contains numerous integrations that I was able to implement it with.
