What are the best aspects of this product?

Highly adaptable. I'm currently an entrepreneur running a couple companies. In each one, I work with a bunch of individuals who are my businss partners, people from other agencies, and freelancers. Vtiger leaves the decision to me on how my CRM should function, which modules I'd settle for, and what fields to utilize.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What to dislike about this product? Nothing much really when it comes to its default settings. While it still hasn't reached the point where it can tell you "Nope! That can't be done!" None of that has ever happened to me yet.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've tried a number of CRMs in the past. I found out about Vtiger and it finally metrequests. The first was to have a single CRM for three companies I'm runninng as well as their clients. The second was making modules for the web security services of our company.
