What are the best aspects of this product?
The creation of modules regardless if it's starting things from scratch of editing the current ones, fits nicely with any company. This works regardless if it's product/service/hybrid-based. When it's paired with workflows and you have a fair idea on how it functions, everything you could ever think of is doable. Technical support can be reached through live chat.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Customer portal looks too basic. Scripts can't operate within workflows. Workflows won't allow more more than one conditonal outputs. SLA alerts are limited to functioning on resolution time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I'm trying to resolve the importance of keeping a marketing and sales CRM tool. Thanks largely to its simplified automation, I was able to minimize my agents' workload significantly in terms of reaching out to potential leads. They get to play arond with a number of customized templates segregated by country. As a result, they're able to save a couple days of work every week.
