What are the best aspects of this product?
CRM users are finding it a lot simpler to navigate. That means, implementation is easier. It makes us stand out and be more professional looking. We were able to personali the CRM to meet our business requirements while keeping our customers comfortabe in making a deal with us.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
"Hate" is a really big word. We're still looking for the mobile app to automatically be refreshed. We wanted the app to still have the same logical function as that on the web-based platform. The French language needs a bit of tweaking although it drastically improved since we began using this CRM.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Before, we didn't have any tracking capabilities for sales and service cases. But these days, everything is virtually connected. Whether it's from opportunities to project implementation to day-to-da case management, it did a lot of wonders. Our team is more aligned than ever and have complete control on things.
