What are the best aspects of this product?
Their live chat is amazing. They respond to almost all questions being thrown at them. Pratim was a great person to talk to. He answered to all my inquiries regardless of difficulty.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The dashboard isn't situated on the left corner. I can't seem to move it. It'd be nice to have a video manual consisting all sections. I haven't looked into it fully but I'm hoping everything I need is in there.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Good for compagins. Nicely done database. Leads and contacts included. All the things you need are bundled together.
