What are the best aspects of this product?

It's fully functional. Highly flexible. Vitger CRM is a robust software that almost all modules you'll ever need. It works well regardless of the industry you're in.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

VtigerCRM happens to be one of the greatest CRMs I've ever come across. However, it does have some downsides. It would've been great if Vtiget has some kind of a backup functionality that allows customers to make configurations. While Vtiger has a login history check, it'd be nice if possesses a static IP address mapping to prevent unauthorized remote access.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our company, the AICA Group, contains two Vitget CRMs. One is for migration purposes and the other, aimed at the education, engineering, and energy industry. Since using Vtiger, our business is running smoothly. Vitger offers automation settings that are flexible for easy workflow setup.
