What I liked best about Wagepoint is the customer support and the speed of responsiveness to the queries I have. I can send an email and get response within the day. Apart from that, I get to deal with a single customer support representative all the way. This allows me to build a relationship as the representative can learn about the problems I face and offer tailored help for smooth operation of the product. In short, I am well taken care of moving forward.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have faced some minor problems in the past. However, Wagepoint’s support team has come out to offer the best help and for now I cannot think of anything wrong, or I dislike about the product. To be honest, I am happy using the product for my payroll management operations.
