What are the best aspects of this product?
For most systems, you will not get the kind of customer service Wagepoint has. The responsive is amazing with a 5 minutes maximum wait before you get a representative to help you out. They do not just look to solve your issue and move on, they help you succeed in using the tool for your payroll needs. In the process, you get to learn more about the product and save time due to the fast response you get for the issues you have.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Issues will always be there but it is how they are addressed, which either will keep you interested, or think of switching to another product. For Wagepoint, they have their customers’ queries in check. Every situation or difficulty you face will not only be addressed in full but also within a short period. With that said, I did not find anything I did not like about the product.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It has allowed me to save time which can translate to saving money. I can generate value for the time I save with this product. When it comes to paying of employees, I am able to complete these payments within a short period. I can use the extra time in more productive areas and thus efficient. For tax purposes and compliance, the product does this for us in a professional and hassle-free manner. We can file state taxes and remit IRS in US, as we are a Canadian firm.
