Show MoreBecause businesses have unique business requirements, it is only prudent that they steer clear of selecting an all-in-one, ”best” software. Just the same, it is hard to try to chance on such application even among sought-after software systems. The better step to undertake would be to spell out the numerous chief factors that merit research like key features, price terms, skill capability of the employees, organizational size, etc. Then, you should conduct your research through and through. Browse over some Web.com reviews and explore the other solutions in your shortlist in detail. Such all-encompassing research makes sure you take out ill-fitting apps and select the one which provides all the features your company requires.
Position of Web.com in our main categories:

Web.com is one of the 50 Website Builder Software products
If you are considering Web.com it might also be a good idea to examine other subcategories of Website Builder Software gathered in our base of B2B software reviews.
Companies have diverse wants and requirements and no software solution can be perfect in such a condition. It is futile to try to find an ideal off-the-shelf software product that meets all your business needs. The intelligent thing to do would be to modify the solution for your specific requirements, staff member skill levels, finances, and other aspects. For these reasons, do not hasten and pay for well-publicized leading systems. Though these may be widely used, they may not be the perfect fit for your unique wants. Do your research, check out each short-listed platform in detail, read a few Web.com Website Builder Software reviews, contact the vendor for clarifications, and finally select the product that provides what you need.

ADD A REVIEWThe most favorable review
PROS: I like the ease of setting up the site with a new domain.
CONS: If you are going to use this tool, better learn exactly how much it will cost you. When I ask them about the price, they were not upfront so I thought the software is inexpensive.
The least favorable review
PROS: The free domain maybe? Which isn't really free. They want to charge you $40 to purchase/renew it from them when you can get the same domain for $10 a year on GoDaddy.
CONS: Customer support is terrible and the tools are outdated. And I can't believe Wix is mentioned as a web.com alternative. They're not as bad as Web.com but they're terrible in their own right. There are way better alternatives to both Web.com's "Build it for me" and "Build it myself" options. If you want the website built for you, SetMySite is definitely the way to go. And if you want to do it yourself, SquareSpace is your best option (not Wix).
