What are the best aspects of this product?

WebEngage allows us to utilize an intuitive journey feature where we can instantly track the engagements from customers. We can then analyze such reports to replicate quality journeys while avoiding those that are similar to faulty processes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

WebEngage sometimes fails to send WhatsApp messages. Yes, we have brought this issue to the support team, and they have helped us minimize such a problem. But it wasn't fully solved until today because it still fails to deliver a small number of messages.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

WebEngage has helped us establish a strong link from our sales team to our customers. We run the tool before our sales staff connect with any customer, which is essential in keeping the communication line vibrant. It has helped us establish a communication journey on our WebEngage dashboard, translating to lesser effort and operational expenses.
