What are the best aspects of this product?

Great marketing solution that meets our standards. It helps us retarget customers, whether on the app, site, or desktop networks. It is easy to customize as well, which means we can tweak it to optimize the user experience. What's more, the software is backed with quick responding help staff and dependable account managers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We've experienced some problems with the customizability of their solutions in some instances. In such cases, we are forced to redevelop the answers for some improvements or changes.

Helps us do customer segmentation easily. Its retargeting features are great as well, such as the app alerts and push. The survey and journey tools are also useful for us.
