What are the best aspects of this product?

WebEngage lets us enjoy smooth operations and data flow as well as efficient communication on demand. Their services are excellent, including professional technical and success support as well as the quick installation of the product. The technical support personnel is brilliant experts who can solve very complicated and unique issues. In addition, they have a professional team for analysis and development that manages communication, implementation and reporting very well. WebEngage also rolls out new updates for enhancements regularly, and their staff works with us when integrating such features. They really help us by giving importance to our business and operations and pulling down our operational cost by more than a thousand dollars. After all, we do not need to hire outsourcing services because of WebEngage.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish to go to a monthly meeting with the WebEngage staff for a closer working relationship. Fortunately, it has become a reality since it now has a new office in our local place.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

WebEngage acts as a unified tool for all our CRM and multichannel needs. It is capable of handling triggered and repeats communication and syncs wonderfully with a few ESP. The staff also helps in optimizing our ROI through consultation services.
