What are the best aspects of this product?

WebEngage has brought significant but new changes to our company. It is an interactive and complete platform that covers much of the tasks that we need to do. First, it has boosted message management in highly intuitive ways. This helps us manage our marketing efforts through automated solutions, thereby making responding to potential clients much smoother and eventually boosting our traffic. And second, it also has a built-in CRM feature, which is also helpful in leading even more traffic to our site. Creating follow-ups is very seamless and intuitive, as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Our staff who use WebEngage doesn't have any complaints about the tool. Nonetheless, I think that "WebEngage should improve its tools for analytics. It should present broader data in a cleaner display.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Email automation is the most significant benefit that we've got from "WebEngage. It lets us reach more people in a lesser amount of time. "WebEngage has automated our CRM processes too, and it features helpful and easy to use UI. It is really a great support for automating our digital marketing efforts in significant ways.
